Biography
Dennis Gregory is the founder of Refract IP PLLC. He has over twenty-five years of experience in life-sciences patent litigation, gained primarily at large law firms. Mr. Gregory has represented both brand-name and generic pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation and parallel inter partes reviews across diverse technology areas including IV/oral iron therapy, multiple sclerosis, gout, gastrointestinal and pulmonary disorders, and cancer imaging and chemotherapy. He also has represented medical device manufacturers. Mr. Gregory also has significant experience in advising clients on both patent and non-patent (regulatory) exclusivity, and FDA regulatory matters.
